Established in 1977, the Bureau is located in the heart of Florence.

Domestically, its counsels advise and represent clients in all principal areas of law, before all Italian national courts (including Corte di Cassazione, Consiglio di Stato and Constitutional Court) as well as mediation (mandatory and voluntary) and arbitration proceedings.

In particular, the Bureau is highly regarded for its longstanding high-level all-round practice in media, communication and broadcasting disputes, and its counsels have taken part to landmark cases since the 1980s, both domestically (Italian Constitutional Court) as well as at EU level (EU Court of Justice).

Over the last decade, the Bureau has also developed a significant practice in international arbitration and cross-border litigation (in particular, in the media and broadcasting sector), in addition to the negotiation and drafting of international contracts.
