evento 2016 - Ischia - invito simposioOct. 22, 2016 – Within the framework of the annual event of Associazione UNICUM, Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa, Chair of the Association, has organized and will moderate the symposium on the amendments to the Italian Constitution the Italians are called to approved on Dec. 4, 2016.

  • Prof. Francesco Paolo Casavola, Former Member and President of the Italian Constitutional Court; fomer Vice-President of the Badinter Commission;
  • Prof. Giovanni Verde, former Deputy-Chair of the High Council of the Judiciary (Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura);
  • Prof. Tommaso Edoardo Frosini, Professor of Constitutional Law at UNISOB, amongst the drafter of the proposed constitutional amendments.
